Mainland UK only at present.

HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?

FREE delivery on purchases over £150.
£4.95 for items weighing up to 5kg.
£14.95 for items weighing over 5kg.
Check the product description for shipping cost of that item.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

All orders are processed within 2/4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This processing time may sometimes be longer due to potential delays, such as a high volume of orders or postal service problems.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Delivery timescale are estimated depending on stock status and availability. Items in stock are unusually delivered to you within 2 - 7 working days
Please note: Items may arrive in separate packages and/or on different dates.

THE CURRENT HGV AND CONTAINER SHIPPING CRISIS IS AFFECTING DELIVERY OF ALL STOCK.  EXPECTED DATES ITEMS ARE DUE BACK IN STOCK HAVE BEEN CLEARLY MARKED ON EACH ITEM.  UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. 

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS?
Many items are available for pre-order when an estimated re-stock date in given. You will be notified by email in the usually once your item has been despatched. Please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrived damaged, you are required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may choose to refuse delivery of the item(s), especially if the damage appears severe. Please note that couriers will deny any damage claims if it is not noted at time of delivery, before the courier leaves. Please see our returns section for further details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Please email us at rbkh@blaiseas.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "Cancel My Order" and provide us with your order number.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at rbkh@blaiseas.com. In most cases we can correct this if the item has not been dispatched.

RETURNS
We really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, we realise that occasionally this isn’t always the case. If there is an issue with a product on your delivery then please contact rbkh@blaiseas.com.

We offer a 14-day no quibble return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rbkh@blaiseas.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning for an exchange
To exchange an item within our 14-day no quibble returns guarantee, just email rbkh@blaiseas.com. Please note that when you are exchanging an item that has already been delivered, a returns collection charge* will be incurred.

Returning for a refund
To return an item within our 14-day returns period, just email rbkh@blaiseas.com. Please note that when you are returning an item a returns collection charge* will be incurred.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damage to packaging is obvious and visible, do not accept delivery. If damaged is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damages, please photograph all damage including damaged packaging and email this to us with a description of the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Returns collection charges
Returns collection charges will be deducted from your item refund:

Small item £4.95 - ie cushions, vase, picture frame, table lamp.
Medium item £15 - ie single chair, footstool, large mirror, side table, floor lamp.

Returns Collections
Our Customer care team will assist you with booking in any returns collections. We will aim to offer a collection slot for small items within 5 working days. For large items we will aim to offer a collection slot within 14 working days as these must be planned into the route schedule with our courier partners. Please try to make allowances for these estimated windows.

Refund payments
Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account that was used to purchase the item.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel an item if it is yet to be dispatched and it is not made to order.
